In the last Skogsport issue, a large story relates how live Simone Niggli and I, respectively in Switzerland and France.

It was a honour for me to receive a month ago the Skogsport’s reporters, Henrik Erickson and Sören Andersson. A couple of years ago, it was unthinkable that journalists from Nordic countries could have been interested to know where and how we trained.

So, for us, French orienteers, it is a good sign of respect and curiosity. Even if I still think that our progress are weak and can easily be transient, we will try, in the future, to get even more interest from countries where orienteering is born.
